- 2. Resident Portal
- Create an account at www.gtownha.org
- To log on to the Resident Portal navigate to gtownha.housingmanager.com
- Once your account is established you’ll need to establish a payment method. Once the payment method is established you’ll be taken back to the “Rent & Payments” menu on the Resident Portal. The payment method will be saved. To change the payment method select the “Payment Methods” link at the top of the webpage. Partial payments will not be accepted.
- 3. U.S. Postal Mail Service – Your money order or check must be for the full amount due. Partial payments will not be accepted.
PUBLIC HOUSING AND SECTION 8 PROGRAM REPORTING:
Please report changes in your household income, assets, or expenses in writing to Beth Stricker (bstricker@gtownha.org) or Marsha Thomas (mthomas@gtownha.org).
