The Low-Rent Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher waiting lists are currently closed.  

Please refer back to this website for waiting list opening status changes.  The Housing Authority will also advertise waiting list openings in the Georgetown News-Graphic Newspaper and with local community agencies.

  • Create an account at www.gtownha.org
  • To log on to the Resident Portal navigate to gtownha.housingmanager.com
  • Once your account is established you’ll need to establish a payment method. Once the payment method is established you’ll be taken back to the “Rent & Payments” menu on the Resident Portal. The payment method will be saved. To change the payment method select the “Payment Methods” link at the top of the webpage. Partial payments will not be accepted.

• 3.  U.S. Postal Mail Service – Your money order or check must be for the full amount due. Partial payments will not be accepted.

Please report changes in your household income, assets, or expenses in writing to Autumn Pierce (apierce@gtownha.org) or Amber Thurman (athurman@gtownha.org).
