After hours service is available only for emergency situations.

The following situations are considered emergency:

            Fire

            No heat

            Gas leak

            No electricity

            Flooding in your unit due to sewer back up or broken pipe.

            Locked out unit. (must be on lease and there is a 20.00 charge)

            Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Detectors going off or not working properly.

Residents are to call the Maintenance Department at 502-863-3773 ext. 111 and leave a message with the following.

            Name

            Address

            Unit

            Telephone number

            A detailed explanation of your problem.

The Maintenance Personnel will try and return your call within 20 minutes.
